E Pro-Plus 'Essentials' Range

The New E Pro-Plus is a compact "fully automatic" Air Conditioning Service Centre which has been developed to fulfil modern EV & Hybrid POE Oil and traditional PAG Oil A/C System servicing, without having two separate machines. It gives the Operator the choice of selecting POE or PAG Oil Injection during a Manual, or Fully Automatic A/C Service, without changing Oil bottles or flushing the Oil delivery system.

Worried about injecting the wrong oil into a POE EV/Hybrid System?

No problem, the E Pro-Plus will always default to POE Oil at the beginning of every A/C Service, so the operator has to intentionally change this selection with key presses if PAG Oil injection is required for a conventional ICE A/C System.

The "self-cleaning" process of recovering Refrigerant & Oil from the hoses and internal manifold is performed twice during an A/C Service cycle, so any residual or contaminated PAG/POE Oil is separated and deposited in the USED bottle for disposal. In addition, the vacuuming time has been extended to maximise removal of any moisture.

E Pro-Plus Operation:

Recovery, Vacuuming, Oil Injection & Refrigerant recharging are automatically performed in a simple programmed, pre-selected routine or can be operated manually, if required.

Designed with the busy Dealership/Workshop in mind and fitted with 5m Hoses as standard, the E Pro-Plus can perform a Vehicle A/C Service Recovery/Recycling routine while other vehicle repairs & servicing are carried out with a vehicle raised up on a ramp.

With a large 12kg Work Tank reservoir, the E Pro-Plus also comprises of a heavy duty compressor for vehicle refrigerant recovery and high flow vacuum pump for efficient moisture and contamination removal on larger A/C vehicle systems.
